COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL

Friday 1st December – Sunday 3rd December.

St Mary’s hosted their first Community Christmas Tree Festival in 2015.  Since then it has continued to grow with more trees being provided by more local organisations.  This year there will be over 30 decorated and illuminated trees on the theme ‘Let me tell you a story….’

A number of  musical performances and other events will take place at various times over the three days. Children from Ravenbank and Statham Primary Schools will be providing some seasonal music on Friday and Lymm and District Choir will be performing on Sunday afternoon.  On Saturday Lymm Golf Club Ladies Ukulele Band will be our guests.

As usual, there will be a short Praise and Play service on Friday morning and a Godly Play session on Saturday afternoon.

The Festival will be open from 10am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday and from 11.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday.  There will be a Christingle Service on Sunday at 10am when a collection in aid of the Children’s Society will be taken.

Throughout the three days  there will also be a Children’s Craft Table, a Craft and Produce Stall, and refreshments will be on sale.

A more detailed programme will be available next month
