Attending Church

We strive to make everyone feel welcome at the services that we hold. If you are new to the area, if you are just visiting, or if you have lived in the area for some time, please do come and experience what is on offer.

At Communion services, those who do not receive Communion are encouraged to attend and feel free to come forward for a Blessing if they so wish.

Many young families in Lymm are associated with the church in a number of ways. The Praise and Play service on a Friday morning has been a wonderful success and is appreciated by a growing number of toddlers and those who look after them as a fun way to become part of the community of St. Mary’s.

Children are also well catered for within the regular Parish Communion service on a Sunday: the youngest can while away the time playing with the toys in the crèche, whilst pre-school children through to those at the High School can have plenty to occupy them by taking part in the thriving Sunday School and Sunday Club.
