St. Mary`s is a worshipping community which seeks to nurture people in faith and serve the needs of the wider community through practical engagement. We have a range of services – Holy Communion modern and traditional), Family Services, Celtic/Iona Services, Taize etc.. Generations of people have made St. Mary`s the base for their own spiritual journey. We welcome everyone who would like to do so today.
The new term starts for our wonderful St Mary's Children's Choir We meet again 4.30pm Sunday 15 September to rehearse for our Christmas Tree Festival, Advent Family Service, Carols by Candlelight and other Christmas events. Warrington Borough Council has arranged repairs to the collapsed churchyard wall commencing 5 August to 8 November 2024. During this time there will be no access to the lower churchyard and the War Memorial whilst the work is being undertaken. The contractors will have a small area on the car park to

St Mary's popular Community Christmas Tree Festival is back this year with around 49 trees on display from 10.00am-4.00pm Friday 1 December 10.00am-5.00pm Saturday 2 December and 11.00-4.00pm Sunday 3 December. Our café will be serve refreshments and lots of brilliant gifts to be bought at our crafts 
We will be inviting families with children to St Mary's again, this time to discover the Christmas story while making Christmas baubles for our small Christmas tree. This will be a drop in event where we'll have a series of crafts and activities through which we can discover elements of the Christmas
