This year the church is required to prepare a new Electoral Roll before the Annual Parochial Church Meeting to be held on 27 April 2025. Those who wish to continue to be on the Electoral Roll at St Mary’s must now make a new application in order to be on the new roll. Names are not carried forward – you need to opt back in.

Application forms have been sent to all existing Electoral Roll members for completion. If you are not on the existing Roll, but would now like to join the new Roll, a supply of application forms is available at the back of church. In either case, you must complete a new form to be on the new Roll which comes into effect on 12 April 2025.

An electronic version of this form is available – please let the Electoral Roll Officer know if you would like her to send you this for electronic completion. Scanned completed forms can also be accepted. Her email address is vanessalees53@gmail.com

Application forms must be returned to Vanessa Lees or a church warden before, but no later than, 11 April 2025.

You can post them to Vanessa at 81 Mardale Crescent, Lymm, WA13 9PJ or hand them to her or a church warden in person at church to be received before 12 April 2025.

If you no longer wish to be on the Electoral Roll, you do not need to do anything. The new roll will only consist of applicants who apply.
