All Souls Service 6.30pm 2 November

The Church of England has a special day to remember those who have died known as All Souls Day. Every year we invite the families of those whose funerals have been conducted on behalf of St Mary’s Lymm in the last year (in church, by the graveside or at a crematorium) to a special service where people may light a candle. During a time of special prayer, we will mention by name those who have died. However, we also invite everyone to come to the service and / or have their loved ones names to be read out during service no matter long ago they died. If you would like your loved ones name read out as part of this service please use the “contact us” link on the website There will be refreshments after the service and there will be a special ring of bells in remembrance of lost loved ones.
