The poppies are being taken down 19 November. We hope to keep many for next year, but particularly paper poppies will be in a box in church if people would like to collect them until 29 November. The church is open 10.00-12.00 Monday to Wednesday
St Mary's was packed for the Remembrance Service 11 November. It was a truly wonderful and remarkable testimony to those who lost their lives in conflict. The Civic Remembrance Sunday Service actually falls on Armistice Day 11.00 November. Rev Bev will lead the procession from Davis Way Car Park to St Mary’s Church for a 10..00am service of remembrance in Church. The Act of Remembrance takes place at 11.00am at the War Memorial for 11.00am
