An informal
family service to celebrate Mothers and those who care for us as mothers will
take place at St Mary’s Lymm 10.00 am on 31 March 2019. During the service you
can also make a card for your mum, make a promise to help mums (e.g. doing the
washing up) join our quiz about mums and receive a 
St Mary's Lent Courses are based on Lentwise by Paula Gooder and take place in church on the following dates
2.00pm 7 March & 7.00pm 11 March Compass, 2.00pm 14 March & 7.00pm 18 March Nourishment, 2.00pm 21 March & 7.00pm 25 March Light, 2.00pm 28 March & 7.00pm 1 April Shelter, 
Our Ash Wednesday Service is at 7.30pm Wednesday 6 March including the imposition of ashes ( across of ash on the forehead to remind us of Jesus death) Lent then begins
Our next popular choral evensong is 6.30 Sunday 24 February. Do come and join us

Come along to a wonderful and emotive carols service of seven lessons and carols. The church is lit by candles and it is a wonderful way to prepare for Christmas
