Welcome to the web site of St. Mary’s Church, the parish church of the village of Lymm in the county of Cheshire, England. We are a Church of England church, St Mary’s is on Church Road, Lymm, WA13 0QS situated between Lymm Dam and the Church Green Pub
St Mary’s church is open every Sunday for a range of services. Please click on the “join us” menu tab on the bar at the top of the website and see our “service times” page for details.
St. Mary`s is a worshipping community which seeks to nurture people in faith and serve the needs of the wider community through practical engagement. We have a range of services – Holy Communion modern and traditional), Family Services, Celtic/Iona Services, Taize etc.. Generations of people have made St. Mary`s the base for their own spiritual journey. We welcome everyone who would like to do so today.

Reverend Beverley Jameson was commissioned as Interim Rural Dean for Great Budworth by Bishop Julie 12 September 2023. Reverend Beverley will still continue to be Rector of St Mary’s and continue to be Ecumenical Officer for the Diocese of Chester (a role she has undertaken since October 2021)

We welcome staff students and teachers from Lymm High School to celebrate the founding of the original Grammar School at St Mary’s. Music by the marvellous student musicians and catering provided by students on the catering course
