St Mary's is launching a new Children's choir If you know a child (aged 5-12) who loves to sing they are warmly invited to the launch party with pizza and singing 4.30pm Sunday 19 September. There are several performances scheduled including the Harvest Festival, Christmas Tree Festival, Dickensian 
Two years ago we had a fantastic response to our first St Mary’s Teas, raising much needed funds– then COVID prevented any further Teas. We will re- launch St Mary’s Teas 12.00noon – 4.00pm on Sunday 12 September at the church Hall. Come and enjoy sandwiches, cake with us

Reverend Jill Elston was ordained at Chester Cathedral 4 July 2021 and has joined St Mary’as Curate. Reverend Beverley Jameson Rector of St Mary’s said “We are delighted that Jill is joining us she has tremendous skills and talents and will be a great asset to the church and the wider community." 
As restrictions are lifted and things begin to get back to normal , we are beginning to plan for this year's Community Christmas Tree Festival. We will have to be guided by Government and Church of England regulations and are aware that the situation could change at any time over the coming months, 
St Mary's is the civic church for Lymm and a Civic Commemoration Service for the Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh will take place at 6.00pm on Sunday 18 April. St Mary’s Lymm finances have been affected by the closure of St Mary’s Church Hall due to COVID. In 2019 income from the church hall was £18,847. To the end of November 2020 income was £8,982 around £10,000 short on our usual income. We have also been unable to hold events (e.g. St Mary’s Teas,
