St Mary’s Lymm finances have been affected by the closure of St Mary’s Church Hall due to COVID. In 2019 income from the church hall was £18,847. To the end of November 2020 income was £8,982 around £10,000 short on our usual income. We have also been unable to hold events (e.g. St Mary’s Teas,

Unfortunately the COVID restrictions meant Community Christmas Tree Festival at St Mary’s Lymm, had to be cancelled. Undeterred the church has set up a virtual Christmas Tree Festival on Facebook. Individuals, organisations, schools etc can post photos of their trees and Christmas decorations, at 
Sadly, the Community Christmas Tree Festival has been cancelled. Despite the COVID restrictions we were still working hard to be able to hold a smaller Festival, but the closure of churches, the second lockdown and the uncertainty of future opening means we could not continue.
